Attach Fabric door stop to traction
Place fabric door stop over door, shut door
Traction handles should be pulled down until stopped by the curved neck piece with handles at shoulder height
Elbows and knees are placed as close to the door as possible, with feet shoulder width apart
Curved piece behind the neck and the padded handle under chin
Place one hand on each end of the handle with palms facing toward his/her face

Once you have setup the traction unit Device:
Bend knees and perform squat like motion
Amount of force used is depending on your tolerance to traction and /or discomfort (usually about 10% of body weight)
Start cervical traction with up to 10 reps
Start with a slow count of 1-2-3. Release and squat again for a full rep
Add deep breathing with traction: Inhale completely on the way down, hold for 1-2-3 count, then exhale with traction release on the way up
Gradually increase repetitions up to 60 or for 2-3 mins
